custom orders

For custom orders, please email me: emily.spada@gmail.com. 

Upon reaching an agreed upon price for your custom piece, a small deposit is required. An invoice will be emailed to you and is payable via credit card or bank transfer. Other payment options can be discussed. When the order is completed, a second invoice with the balance + the cost of shipping will be sent out, due upon receipt.

All payments for transactions on this site are processed either with PayPal or via Stripe, Squarespace's credit card processor.


shipping

I try my best to ship orders out the next business day  via USPS First Class Mail. Some orders placed on weekend will ship out on the following Monday.  For example: if an order is placed on a Wednesday, the order will be shipped out the following Monday. If I can not meet that goal, I will absolutely notify you and inform you of when your order can be shipped. All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided upon shipment. Orders are shipped in a cushioned mailer or plastic mailer bag, depending on the size of the item. I try my best to cushion and protect all pieces when packing for shipment. I cannot be responsible for damage during shipping.

If you would like your order to be shipped faster than USPS First Class, please notify me BEFORE checkout and an additional shipping fee will be applied.


refunds

I will happily refund your money less shipping within 30 days if you are not satisfied, upon your return of item purchased. After contacting me about the refund, you MUST send your item back within a week of the correspondence. I will refund your money upon receiving the returned item. Items not received within a week of contact will not be refunded and the item can not be returned. If you know you can't send it back within a week, please let me know and we shall arrange a time frame for the return.

If any of your items break, please send me any broken items, which I will repair and ship back to you free of charge. Shipping reimbursement will be sent through the customer's chosen payment method as a partial refund.
